Is your phone ready to go?

Check compatibility

A few things before you go.

What is an eSIM?

An eSIM is a digital SIM in a compatible device. Install a travel data plan without changing your physical SIM. Check eSIM support and carrier unlock before purchase.

When does validity begin?

It depends on the plan: some start at first installation, others at first network connection. Your plan page shows its activation rule.

Can I keep my existing phone number?

A compatible dual-SIM device can usually keep your original number. Set your data line correctly and disable data roaming on your home SIM to avoid roaming charges.

Can I top up my eSIM?

Some plans support top-ups. Your account shows only compatible plans returned for your eSIM. Expired or unsupported eSIMs cannot be topped up.
